“性價比高”

“This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.”

“We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!”

“There was a pill found under the chair in our room. The heater was so loud that we just turned it off. The curtains wouldn’t shut completely so we had to lay something on them to get them shut so no one could see in. The mattress was very HARD, you could feel all the springs. There was also a big gap in our door. Started out small at the top and got bigger as it went down. The tv would work for a few minutes then go off, and would say weak or no service. “Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.”

“This Motel 6 was half the price of all surrounding rooms available when I had to rest in the middle of an 800 mile trip. The room and property were very clean and presentable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Other than two bars of soap and sufficient towels there is nothing else as far as amenities. HOWEVER, the room shows much age. “The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were……

“Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.”

“Small dust spots above bed on ceiling. Bathroom toilet seat loose. Bathroom outdated. Bed and furniture were very nice”

“The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and gave great customer service. I appreciated their quick response when I had a question.”

“The have a slightly later check out than everybody else.”

“We had a nice stay, room was clean. The night staff, (unfortunately didn’t get her name but works until 11 pm) was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately only decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning.”
